Start from a locked frame
The best source frame is usually one that already features your locked character, because the video inherits that identity. Start from a clean, well-composed still and the motion will feel like an extension of it rather than a new, unfamiliar shot.

Videos render as background jobs, so you can keep working on other generations while your clip finishes. Ask for one clear movement rather than five at once - subtle, specific motion looks far more believable.
