2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use onzero for Characterl and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in onzero
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content generated through onzero, including but not limited to images, videos, and digital Characters (DNA), are the property of the user who created them. onzero retains rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.

4. Commercial Usage Rights

All assets generated through onzero are cleared for commercial use. Users have full rights to use generated content in marketing campaigns, advertising, and commercial projects. DNA (digital character) Characters are exclusive per user/workspace.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on onzero are provided on an 'as is' basis. onzero makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall onzero or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on onzero, even if onzero or an onzero authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
